Logging into your Wavo account can be done either by using your email address or your Google account. Troubleshooting your password will depend on which method you have used when signing up, so let's take a closer look at these two options.
I used my email to sign up
1. On the Wavo login page, enter the email address associated with your account, and click Continue.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Ensure the correct email address is entered, and select Continue.
4. If you do not receive a password reset email, be sure to check your spam folder, or try selecting Resend email.
I used "Continue with Google"
1. If you have signed up using the Continue with Google option, no password reset email will be sent when selecting Forgot Password, and the above mentioned steps will not apply. This is because your login credentials for Wavo are directly integrated with those of your Google account, and no password creation is required.
2. If you are having trouble signing in through Google, you should verify that your login and permissions associated with your Google account are up to date, and troubleshoot with them if necessary.
