In order to connect your data sources to Wavo, users must ensure they have administrator access (or equivalent) within each ad platform they wish to connect.
Let's take a closer look at managing access levels within these platform backends, and how to verify admin access.
Facebook Ads
1. In Facebook Business Manager, only users with Admin access can manage permissions.
2. Navigate to your user icon and select business settings (gear icon).
3. To add a new user: select the blue add button, enter their email address, and ensure the Admin access option is toggled on.
4. To alter an existing users access: select their name from the user list and click edit in the top right of the window that populates.
5. Select the appropriate role from the Business Manager role dropdown menu.

Google Ads
1. In Google Ads, only users with Admin access can assign permissions.
2. Select Tools & Settings from the top menu bar in your Google Ads homepage.
3. Navigate to Access and security, located in the Setup panel.
4. To invite a new user: select the blue plus icon located at the top left of the user list.
5. Enter the users email: select Admin as the access level, and click Send Invitation.
6. To alter an existing users access, locate their email address in the user list, and select Admin from the drop down menu in the Access level column.

Spotify Ad Studio
1. In Spotify Ad Studio, only the account creator is given admin access, which is automatically assigned upon account opening. No additional admin users can be added.
2. In this case, the admin will need to grant additional users Contributor access, as they are also able to export campaign data.
3. To do so, navigate to your user icon and select Manage Ad Accounts.
4. Select Add Member, and ensure the access level is set to Contributor.

Snapchat Ads
1. In Snap Ads Manager, only users with Admin access can assign permissions.
2. From the Manage Ads dropdown in the top left corner, select Members from the Business panel.
3. To add a new member: select invite member, enter their name and email address, then select Organization Admin as the role and save changes.
4. To alter an existing members access: select the arrow next to the users name, remove their current role, then select Organization Admin from the dropdown menu and save changes.

Twitter Ads
1. In Twitter Ads, only users with Admin access can assign permissions.
2. Select your ads account from the top right corner, then click Edit access to account from the drop down menu.
3. To add a new user: select add access, enter their handle, select Account administrator from the drop down menu, and save changes.
4. To alter an existing users access: select edit access, choose the users handle, select Account administrator from the drop down menu, and save changes.

TikTok Ads
1. In the TikTok Business Center, only users with Admin access can assign permissions.
2. Select Members from the navigation bar on the left.
3. To add a new user: select Invite Member, enter their email address, and set their access setting to Admin.
4. To alter an existing users access: select their name from the user list, and click the pencil icon next to their name in the window that populates to the right.
