Let's investigate what may be blocking campaign data from generating in your dashboards.
1. Once you click into a newly created dashboard, you may notice one of the following error messages when trying to visualize campaign data.
2. In addition, there will likely be a prompt similar to this in the top right corner of your media mix section.
3. This is a result of Wavo being unable to ingest the data related to the campaigns you have selected, and this happens if you are attempting to create a dashboard for campaigns that were run before your data sources were connected to the platform.
- Always ensure that the run date for selected campaigns is after your organization's data sources have been connected.
