What's changed?
Starting March 2021, Wavo’s three flagship media planning products for music—media plans, campaign dashboards, and campaign reports—are accessible from the same place: dashboards.cloud.wavo.me.
Why is Wavo making this change?
Before this, each solution was a standalone tool, creating multiple deliverables, in different places, for both clients and internal teams to manage for every campaign.
With everything integrated, you can more easily access all the data you need around a campaign, improving decision-making and saving time on back and forth communication. Plus, with a new capability to approve media plans directly from the platform, you can get campaigns set up faster than ever before.
In this article, we'll look at:
- How to approve a media plan
- How to request changes
- What it means when your media plan is Inactive
- Making changes to a live campaign
How do I approve a media plan?
Once your media plan is prepared you will be notified by email, including a link to your plan embedded in Wavo’s platform. From the platform, you can review your media plan details, like channels, dates, and budget. To confirm the plan, click “Approve.”
You will be asked to confirm your selection and our Terms of Service, and your media plan will be labeled “Approved” with a green bar. This means Wavo is getting started building your campaign based on the approved media plan details.
How do I request changes to a media plan?
If you want to request changes to a media plan, select “Request Changes” and communicate your adjustments to your Wavo representative by email.
Your Wavo representative will be notified and label your media plan with “Changes Requested” and a yellow bar. Once the changes are made, you will be notified by email that the latest version of your plan is uploaded for you to review and approve.
What does it mean when a plan is Inactive?
If your media plan is labeled “Inactive” with a red bar, this means your campaign has been put on hold. This may be due to a delayed release date, for example. If you want to re-activate your campaign, contact your Wavo representative.
Can I make changes to a live campaign?
Yes. If you want to make changes to a live campaign, for example activating a new platform or adding budget, contact your Wavo representative. The updated media plan will be uploaded to the platform for you to review and approve.
