In order to ensure your campaigns are optimized for use in Wavo's platform. Here are a few tips on managing your connected data sources in the backend!
When you're ready, head back to the platform here to check in on your data sources.
Wavo's supported ad connectors are Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat, Tiktok Ads and Spotify Ad Studio. Once you have connected your selected data sources, there are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Deleting a Data Source
- Navigate to My Data Sources and hover over your selected Data Source.
- Select Configure.
- Click the check mark next to your desired ad account, and select Delete Data Source.
- Select Save to confirm changes.
2. Reconnecting a Data Source
-
If the login credentials or user permissions change within an ad platform's backend, you will notice a prompt above the My Data Sources page: One of your Data Sources needs Attention.
-
The data source will display Requires Reconnection by Owner.
-
You will need to reconnect this data source once the ad account credentials and permissions have been adjusted.
3. Duplicate Ad Accounts
-
If a user has connected the same ad account twice, Wavo will ingest the campaigns connected to these ad accounts twice as well.
-
If you notice duplicate campaigns when creating a dashboard, verify that the ad account has only been added once.
- If you still experience an issue, reach out to customersuccess@wavo.me for additional support.
