Unifying campaign data for a complete overview of your marketing strategy results could not be easier than with the Benchmark Dashboard. What's more, for further context, the dashboard functionality allows for the comparison of different key results across specific areas of interest. Let's take a closer look!
Benchmarks act as important reference points, and the ability to compare results across different aggregations allows for the identification of gaps in performance and uncovers opportunities to improve.
Let's build a dashboard to visualize how benchmarks for our Hip-Hop artists compare to our Pop artists:
1. Select Create New Dashboard from the platform homepage.
2. Select Digital Marketing Benchmark Dashboard from the two options.
3. Give your dashboard a Title, and select the Date Range for which you would like your data to be represented.
4. Select Add Filter and click Genre from the dropdown that appears
5. Select Pop from the genre list and Save your selection. All of your pop artists will generate in the campaign list.
6. Select Create from the top right corner. You will now be able to visualize the aggregated performance of your Pop artists over your selected time-frame.
7. To compare this to your Hip-Hop artist performance, simply remove the Pop filter from the top menu bar, and replace it with Hip-Hop.
8. Now you can easily view the overall performance of both genres within the dashboard, and share this information with stakeholders.
Using this method, and with the help of Wavo's fully customizable tagging and filter systems, answer additional important questions such as:
How are my pop artists performing across different locations?
How does the overall performance of one artist compare to another?
How is this artists release performing across different locations?
How much have I spent on Rock vs Pop this quarter?
